7. What happens when costs exceed budget, whether due to materials or labour pricing changes? What about changes made by the client or by the professionals? And what kinds of situations would cause those costs to be incurred?

8. What is your timeline? When can you start and how long do you expect it to take?

9. Are there any important considerations or concerns you foresee with this project?

10. What do you need from me to get started?

Lastly, don't forget to ask for a written estimate (Don't accept anything verbal - it never sticks).
