Located in the Druid Hills Historic District of Atlanta, two major requirements were that the Historic facade could not change and alterations and additions could not be seen from the street.

Site constraints included an existing pool and an extremely steep driveway. In spite of those limitations, we were able to add a second story, an open cabana, and a detached garage to the home.
