Let’s dive into filling out an application form. I am going to use a few applications that our members have or will be using, from both areas in Canada and the United States. 

We’ll start with a couple of simple application forms and then move on to a more advanced application form.

Note: You should be able to find most of the information required for your building permit on the first or second page of your architectural plans titled 'Property Information', 'Zoning Analysis' or something similar. Otherwise all zoning calculations will be noted throughout your architectural plans.
