Interior window and door trim, baseboard size, crown molding detailing, wainscotting, etc. - All the interior finishing details. If your home is modern, it will likely exclude any trim or baseboards but there may be various finishings and details. 

Once again, speak with your Interior Designer and/or Architect/ural Designer about the design details regarding the interior finishes. If it’s up to you, discuss the options with your Contractor and the finish best suited for your home style.
