About The Home
After walking into the vaulted entry, head up half a flight of stairs to the open living area. A vaulted timbered ceiling defines the great room, while the kitchen ceiling opens up to a large skylight spanning across the ceiling and into the loft behind, giving 280 degree views where it counts. For outdoor entertaining, go through the loft to a private roof top deck over the garage with solid parapet walls for added privacy, or out one of the glass doors that span across the great room, dining room and master bedroom to a partially covered balcony. Downstairs you’ll find the additional bedrooms, bathroom, a large rec. room and more than enough storage. Each room, of course, with a view.

For Sky Pilot, we worked with first-time clients and the Project Manager on the conceptual design, including a 3D model, and construction drawings for the building permitting and construction. Our goal for this custom home design was to keep the overall massing of the building low, maximize the vaulted spaces and views from all the important rooms in the home, and seamlessly transition to multiple exterior spaces. The results speak for themselves.
