Home Consultant & Architectural Designer
Growing up on her father's job sites, building upwards of 13,000 square foot estates, Chelsey knew she wanted to design homes from a very young age. Starting her own business Potts Design & Co. in 2006, Chelsey has worked with hundreds of homeowners and industry professionals, like developers, inspectors, engineers, contractors, project managers, interior designers, and more, including her spouse, a civil contractor.
After nearly 20 years, 200+ projects and a feature on HGTV, Chelsey, her family, and her parents began developing 2 homes and a barn on a 15 acre estate (at least it will be an estate when she’s done with it!).
While we are industry professionals, we’re also going through the process ourselves for the first-time and the 3rd, with a trusted team and with a new-to-us team. We have been where you are and done it all. The permits, re-zoning, variances, budgeting, being ghosted, (almost) taken advantage of, building during a pandemic, and more.
