Hey Homeowner! Great question, can you elaborate a little more for context?
I want to get started on my home design but I'm not ready to build. Do plan stay relevant when applying for permits? Can you get a permit and not build? Is there an expiration?
It’s never too early mainly because of how long the pre-construction process takes (I will send you a few links to give you an idea).
